Spring into Service Friday Event
Overview
Kickoff the warming weather with outdoor community service. Come join us to spend time caring for the Piedmont Trail, a 1.2-mile loop open to the public, that winds through a quiet forested wetland in Manassas, located on Mason’s SciTech Campus.
While you clear trails, spread mulch, pick up trash, you can expect to see deer, birds, squirrels, and possibly even turtles!
Your help keeps the Piedmont Trail accessible for 1,000s of community members each year! It’s a simple way to make a big impact.
This event is open to adults and minors. Minors must be supervized by an adult for the entire duration of the program
Meet us at the green and white tent by the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center (FAFC). Free Parking for volunteers at the FAFC
Whether you're passionate about the environment or just want to get outside and do something meaningful, we’d love your help!
