SPRING FLING
A Library of Congress Pop-Up Exhibit

The Library of Congress celebrates spring and the National Cherry Blossom Festival with its latest pop-up treasures display. Visitors will experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the season through treasures from the national collections. Experience the living history of the National Cherry Blossom Festival through archival objects, photographs, and art. Learn about the weather, seasons, gardens, and botany from the Library's general and special collections. Explore the imaginations of leading writers through the Library's literary and poetry collections. Discover international cultural traditions from around the world. Feel the beat of the season with music and films that depict these spirited months, including recordings of the Library's Pulitzer-winning music and ballet commission Appalachian Spring. LOC Spring Fling offers an exclusive glimpse at rarely-seen treasures that are preserved at the nation's library, along with engaging children's activities.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is open to all ages.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Printed tickets are not required. Guests who register via Eventbrite will be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis, along with all walk-up guests.
