Spring Equinox Sound Healing Journey
Overview
Saturday, March 14, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Join Jenny Bergold and Monika Diebes on Saturday, March 14, as we celebrate the Spring Equinox though meditations, chanting, mantras, breathwork, and gentle movements. During this time, we renew our dreams and aspirations, and free ourselves from anything that is holding us back. This is an excellent time of year to begin everything anew by planting seeds of intention and breathing new life into a project.
Sound therapy soothes the nervous system and helps relieve pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. It brings the mind into deeper states and facilitates the body’s natural ability to revitalize and heal.
Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of six Gongs, nine crystal singling bowls, 10 Tibetan bowls, and various healing instruments that raise the vibration and heighten your sound journey experience.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if you need one.) Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
