What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, guided-by-music movement experience where you can express yourself fully without judgment. There’s no choreography, no right or wrong moves—just a space to let go, connect, and move freely to uplifting beats.

Do I need dance experience to join?

Not at all! Ecstatic Dance is for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just love to move. Come as you are, and let the music guide you!

Where is Serenity Retreat located?

We are in Midtown Manhattan, just two blocks from Penn Station, making us easily accessible by train, subway, and bus.

Is there parking available?

Serenity Retreat does not have a private parking lot, but there are several public parking garages nearby, as well as metered street parking. We highly recommend using public transportation for convenience.
