Spring Break is just around the corner — and if you’re looking for something engaging, educational, and fun for your middle or high school student to do during their time off, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Wollingsford Academy is hosting a FREE Virtual Beta Week from April 15th–18th, and your student is invited to join us! This unique experience is open to all students in grades 6–12, whether or not they are currently enrolled in our school.

What Is Beta Week?

Beta Week is a hands-on, interactive experience at Wollingsford Academy — where learning is flexible, skill-focused, and student-centered. It’s a great chance for your child to experience what school can look like when creativity, structure, and real-life application come together.

What Will Students Be Doing?

Each day, from 10:00am EST - 3:00pm EST, students will participate in two key blocks of learning:

Advanced Academics Workshop (Morning Block)

Students will work on exciting, real-world projects that bring together core subjects like Math, Science, English, and History — all within a fun, group-based setting. These workshops are built around real-life themes and help students build critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

2. Discovery Lab (Afternoon Block)

After the academic workshop, students will explore themed activities that encourage creative thinking, personal growth, and self-expression. Whether it’s designing a passion project, reflecting on their goals, or diving into fun challenges, Discovery Lab gives students the freedom to learn in a way that feels exciting and meaningful.

3. Group Guidance Coaching

Each day will close with a supportive group coaching session led by our guidance team. Students will engage in meaningful conversations around topics like emotional wellness, confidence, relationships, mindset, and goal-setting. These small group sessions help students reflect, connect, and grow in a safe and positive environment.
