Join the Town of Windsor Stormwater Quality Program and Teresa & Miles Tuffli of "I'm Birding Right Now" for a guided walk to explore urban bird life around Windsor Creek. All experience levels are welcome, but beginners are especially encouraged! This walk will meander along the northern portion of Windsor Creek where we'll observe, listen to, and identify the birds we encounter. We’ll discuss a variety of topics, such as techniques for locating birds, details to notice when observing a bird, species ID, bird vocalizations, and breeding behavior. The walk starts and ends at the Windsor Senior Center. Binoculars available to borrow.

Registration is required! Space is limited.

Teresa and Miles Tuffli are avid birders from Sonoma County. They’ve led guided bird walks for many local organizations including the Sonoma Land Trust, Marin Audubon Society, Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation, and more. To learn more about them, visit https://imbirdingrightnow.com/
