Overview

Students will learn about the different types of plagiarism and how to avoid it by using APA reference entry and in-text citations.

This is the third of three research workshops required for CNA 100 students at Wayne State College. You must attend all three to receive credit.

Pre-Register: Each student should sign-up individually for ONE session. There are 12 sessions available for this workshop during Weeks 6 & 7 (Feb 16-27) of the Spring 2026 semester:

  • Tuesday (3pm or 4pm): Feb 17, Feb 24
  • Wednesday (2pm or 3pm): Feb 18, Feb 25
  • Friday (9am or 10am): Feb 20, Feb 27

Location: TBA

Required: You will need to bring your laptop to each workshop. You can use your phone, but a laptop will make your life much easier.
