Spring 2026 Deep Listening Study Circle

Deep Listening incorporates body movements, sound meditations, and collective improvisation to help guide practicioners in listening within, to others, and to the world. While the practice was originally intended for music composers, it has numerous applications for other creative and spiritual practices.

Sessions will be 2 hours long and occur on the following Sundays from 2-4 pm: 2/1/25, 2/15/25, 3/1/25, 3/15/25, 3/29/25, and 4/12/25.

Plan to wear comfortable clothing and bring a pen and notebook.
