About the speaker:
Jo Clubb is an international Sports Science Consultant whose company, Global Performance Insights, supports professional teams, practitioners, governing bodies, and sports tech organisations around the world.
She previously worked as an Applied Sports Scientist for the Buffalo Bills (NFL), Buffalo Sabres (NHL), Chelsea FC, and Brighton & Hove Albion, and regularly shares her expertise through her blog, YouTube channel, and academic publications.
What to expect:
This workshop will focus on how to translate testing results into meaningful insights that drive better decisions. Through a structured presentation followed by an open Q&A, Jo will share proven strategies for making data clear, relevant, and actionable for both clinicians and performance staff.
You’ll explore how to:
- Move from raw data to clear insights by identifying which metrics truly matter
- Simplify analysis without ignoring complexity
- Always frame information with context — starting with “Why?” and ending with “So what?”
- Communicate results effectively across physiotherapy and performance environments, ensuring data fulfils its ultimate purpose: guiding better decisions
