This in-person event will take place at the LSU Ag DeSoto Parish Extension Office in Grand Cane, LA. Don't miss out on this opportunity to elevate your baking skills and impress your friends and family with homemade sourdough just in time for the holidays!

You'll receive:

• Mature sourdough starter in a mason jar with silicone stirrer and cloth cover
• Sampling of various sourdough discard recipes (crackers and pizza) and sourdough bread
• Pamphlet with comprehensive guide for taking care of your starter
• Beginner sourdough discard recipes and beginner bread recipes

**This is a beginner sourdough class. While we’ll touch on the principles of sourdough baking, the focus will not be on advanced techniques.**
