About this event

These relaxed sessions are designed for children with additional learning needs. Numbers are limited to ensure a calmer environment.

There are two sessions every Wednesday afternoon - 15:00 -15:50 and 16:00-17:00.

We would ask everyone to please respect these sessions and only book a space if you need it.

Spaces in each session are limited to 40 children and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Frequently asked questions

Can siblings of children with ALN attend these sessions?

Yes, siblings of children with ALN can attend but will need to have a booked ticket.

Do parents/carers/guardians need a ticket?

No, tickets are only required for children attending the session.

Are tickets required for the morning weekday relaxed sessions?

No, these will remain as non-bookable session. The gate will still be manned and numbers will be controlled.

Do I need to book every week?

Yes, each session must be booked individually.

How long does the session last?

The first afternoon session is 50 minutes and the second session is 1 hour.

If I attend without a booking, will I be allowed to enter?

No - to help us manage these sessions, all children attending must have a booking.

What is the latest I can book onto a session?

Bookings for sessions will close at 13:00 on the day of the session.

If I am booked onto the early session, can I stay on for the second session?

Unless a booking has been made for both sessions, you will have to vacate the splashpark at the end of the first session. This is to help us manage numbers for these sessions.

Why is the first session 50 minutes?

This is to allow time for the site to be vacated before allowing admission to the second session. Team members will advise you when the session is coming to the end.

How do I cancel?

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking through Eventbrite to allow someone else the opportunity.
