NO! You can come with an open heart and allow your guides to bring some clarity and guidance to your life where they see fit. OR you can ask a question or for guidance on a specific topic. You decide.

Do I need to have prior experience with my guides?

NO! This is actually a chance for you to meet them and get some help, or just get some help from your guides, although there will always be an introduction and they will share their name with you.

What are Spirit Guides and do I have one?

Spirit guides are Spirit beings that offer guidance and wisdom to people on their path. They can be Angels, ancestors or animal spirits, and communicate through intuition, visions, feelings, clues, and dreams. Everyone has a guide.
