What concrete actions can I take to live my best life now?

This group retreat is for those that seek to change their lives or take their spiritual practice to a deeper level. You can expect to consider meditation, yoga, mindfulness, right action, forgiveness, and compassion during this retreat. Sometimes we all need a little help and the SpiritQuest Sedona Retreat guides are trained to do just that. Our group retreats are wonderful for achieving joy, bliss, and peace!
