Experience chocolate from bean to bar in this intimate tasting and live demonstration led by Cynthia Jonasson, Spinnaker Chocolate’s beloved Dean of Beans. With over a decade in chocolate education, Cynthia will guide guests through the journey of cacao — from its origins and farming practices in Belize, Colombia, Uganda, Tanzania, and Madagascar to the artistry of crafting world-class chocolate.
Taste eight single-origin chocolates, watch cacao being ground and transformed in real time, and discover what makes each origin unique.
Chocolate-pairing beverages (alcoholic and zero-proof) will be available for purchase. Vegan, celiac, and nut-allergy friendly. Limited to 11 guests.
