Where is parking located?

There is free parking out front as well as 2 free parking garages near the building.

How long is the class session (including warm-up and cool-down)?

Classes are 45 minutes in length. (43 minutes of riding, 2 minute cooldown). We do ask riders to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of class to stretch and prepare if needed.

Do attendees need to bring their own gear (shoes, water bottles, towels)?

Shoes & towels are provided for free to all riders.
