Toastmasters members learn to conquer their fear by working with others in a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere.

in a Friendly, Positive and Supportive Learning Environment.

 Our club has been given Distinguished Club Award by Toastmasters International for two consecutive years.

 President's Distinguished Club 9 Goals Achieved. Select Distinguished Club 7 Goals Achieved AFCA Toastmasters is not a classroom.  It is a “learn-by-doing” workshop where you learn to develop and hone your communication and leadership skills with others who are there for the same reason, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.  You learn at your own pace.

AFCA members share a common commitment to a worthwhile goal. This energizes our meetings and makes learning fun. 

3. Your Learning Path

Your public speaking journey is assisted with two manuals, interactive workshops and mentorship program.

From 10 projects in the communication manual and 10 projects in the leadership manual:

  1. -How to overcome nervousness through preparation and practice.
  2. -How to think on your feet and deliver a short speech with little or no preparation.
  3. -How to communicate confidently with proper eye contact and body language.
  4. -How to capture the audience's attention and create impactful statements
  5. -How to connect with your audience by using your personal experiences
  6. -How to persuade, promote like a leader

4. Try it out as Guests

Your visits as guests are absolutely free. As a guest, you will learn how AFCA Toastmasters is run and meet our friendly members and hear their experiences.
