Speed Mentoring & Professional Pathfinding

Join our San Francisco Bay Area group for a high-energy evening of Speed Mentoring & Professional Pathfinding! This event is designed to give you a clear advantage in your career by strengthening workplace relationships and boosting professional growth. Much like speed dating, you'll rotate through a series of brief, small-group conversations with diverse, knowledgeable professionals. You'll walk away with direct feedback, invaluable knowledge, and a clearer understanding of your goals and a path forward within the design, construction, and real estate industry. We encourage you to invite your supervisor, mentor, or team leaders to join and share their knowledge with our incredible community.

The Event Agenda

• 6:00 – 6:15 PM: Arrival & Chill Networking :: Get settled, check-in, and enjoy some casual mingling before the main event kicks off.
• 6:15 – 6:20 PM: Welcome & How-To :: Your group leaders will give a warm welcome and a quick overview of the speed mentoring process so you're ready to dive in.
• 6:20 – 7:30 PM: Speed Mentoring Rounds :: The core of the event! Rotate through structured, small-group discussions to exchange ideas and get direct insights from experienced queer and ally professionals.
• 7:30 – 8:00 PM: Closing & Open Networking :: A final thank you, next event announcements, and a chance to continue deeper conversations with the professionals you met.
