Is the venue ADA compliant?

Because of the historic nature of our venue, we unfortunately are not completely ADA compliant, however, we make every effort to be sure each guest is able to get into the venue and has access to all parts of the show as well as bathrooms if needed. Please call 806.218.8428 for further assistance.

Can anyone under 21 attend?

While many of our events are open to all ages, all of our Speakeasy events are currently only 21 and up. Please do not bring babies or toddlers, and no one under 21 or without proper ID will be admitted into the show. If tickets are purchased for someone under 21, refunds may not be available.

What's parking like?

Free street parking is available on 13th Street, as well as a small parking lot located directly across from the venue. Only the 13th St access to that parking lot is open, any other access may result in towing at your expense. There is also free parking inside Citizen's Tower during show times.

What time do doors open?

Guests will be allowed to enter up to 15 minutes prior to their selected showtime. GA seating will be first come, first served, so it's best to get in line early in order to be some of the first inside the venue.

Will there be an option to purchase extra drinks or concessions?

Bottled water will be available for purchase but no other food or drinks are.

Is there a discount for buying multiple tickets?

Discounts may be available by calling 806.218.8428, but no discounts are available for online ticketing.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Unfortunately, no. We will not allow any outside food or drinks inside.

What do I wear?

Recommended dress is anything Alice In Wonderland, Gothic, or Neon-Inspired, however, not required.

How long is the actual show?

Shows will begin promptly at their scheduled showtime and will end about 90 minutes after they start. Guests will need to be out of the venue as quickly as possible after end times in order for staff to reset the venue for the next show.

What's the difference in seating?

GA is in traditional folding chairs in rows of 5. Bistros also have folding chairs at a small bistro table for 2-4 guests each. Highboy seating includes a tall bistro table for 2 with bar stools. VIP has plush seating on either armchairs or couches for 1-3  guests.
