About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

More than 7,000 languages are spoken around the world (not to mention 74 in the city of Boston) -- including yours!

Monoglots and polyglots alike are invited to this informal evening celebrating world languages. Join us to network, enjoy light refreshments, and ... speak!

Attendees to this event will also have the opportunity to meet members of three International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) delegations representing over 30 different countries.

Each attendee will receive one drink ticket, a "Lingo Bingo" card, and a chance to win exciting prizes.

Bring your friends and colleagues for a night of lively conversations with our high-level international visitors and other globally-minded community members.

Attendees to this event are highly encouraged to select the $10 ticket option or Pay-What-You-Can option. Neither of these options classify as tax-deductible donations to WorldBoston.

This program will take place in-person only. Advance registration is required.

The mission of WorldBoston is to foster engagement in international affairs and cooperation with peoples of all nations.  As globalization increasingly shapes every aspect of life on our planet, so does our Greater Boston region increasingly experience, and even help shape, these global trends.

By means of our nationally-recognized global engagement and citizen diplomacy programs and our networking and community events, every year WorldBoston provides people from all over the world – and people right here – hundreds of opportunities for learning and connection. Our community includes professionals in every field, including government, business, media, education, science, and the arts; young people; and citizen diplomats.
