Drawing on his extensive training and experience in couples research and therapy, Ben will share practical tools, skills, and insights to help improve all kinds of relationships—romantic, familial, friendships, and professional. Attendees of this year’s luncheon will leave with fresh perspectives on how we connect with others and transformative insights into the dynamics of men and women coexisting and thriving together.

Drawing on the revolutionary works of Dr. John Gottman, Chris Voss, Mel Robbins, G.S. Youngblood, and more!
