Led by the expert staff of Lake Michigan College’s Wine and Viticulture Technology Program, this tasting experience will take you on a lively journey through four sparkling wines—each with its own unique origin, production method, and story.

Learn how bubbles are formed, how to taste sparkling wine like a pro, and what sets each style apart.
