Join Sparkling Sundays for our October Group Run . We will be celebrating Fall Races (Freep & Chicago) and also sending off folks running Indy & NYC.

If you ran Detroit or Chi, bring those race medals and race shirts

ASICS will also be onsite for a shoe demo

ROUTE: 5 Mile route is here . The route is an out and back . We are asking folks to run or walk 1 mile, 3mile, 5 mile or 10. The route allows you to choose your distance.

Stick around at Lincoln Factory after the run for socialization and an art exercise
