Join Arkansas Leadership Academy Director, Dr. Kerri White, as she shares strategies, protocols, and ALA services and resources that can "Spark!" your leadership journey.

Learning Intentions

• Participants will increase their understanding of leadership practices that build confidence.

• Participants will expand their awareness of ALA services, resources, protocols, and strategies that support personalized leadership journeys.

• Participants will have an improved ability to apply knowledge to a problem of practice.

• Participants will improve networking for collaborative problem-solving.

Spark! is a virtual community of practice designed with conversation and processing in mind for educational leaders looking to address pertinent school issues and challenges. The free Spark! Sessions are scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of each month September through May.
