As the owner of Widener Insurance Agency, Cindy Winn brings a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to her community. She’s an avid traveler and wine enthusiast who is always working on her golf game. Most of all, she loves relaxing with her family and her three-year-old dog, Bella.
Karen Speropulos is a devoted wife to John and proud mom of two teenagers. She works part-time at Niswonger Children’s Hospital and has been deeply involved with Young Life for decades, serving on the local committee for over 14 years. Karen helped launch and continues to support the modified race of the Scarecrow Skedaddle, contributes to Camp Cliffview, volunteers at her church, and helps onboard volunteer cuddlers in the Niswonger NICU. For Karen, volunteering is a way of life—it’s how she connects with others, brings encouragement, and finds joy in serving her community. She considers it a privilege to have the time to do what she loves.
Amie Bolton is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience leading brand transformation and driving strategic growth. As Vice President and co-owner of a local manufacturing company, she oversees Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Human Resources while helping shape the company’s long-term vision and operational strategy. Her expertise spans brand development, market analysis, and strategic planning - making her a trusted voice in building meaningful customer connections and sustainable business success.
Becca Davis is a senior business analyst at Agile Cloud Consulting where she helps nonprofits around the world to track volunteers, fundraising, program management and more in Salesforce. Previously, she worked for Appalachia Service Project and a national association that she founded, Coalition for Home Repair. Becca is also the founder of 100+ Tri-Cities Women Who Care, a regional women’s giving circle that has raised $250,000 for local nonprofits since 2019.
