The Maynard School District presents their Theory of Action Plan, discuss their evidence of practice, and reflect on their participation in the ALA School Team Empowerment Cohort. Maynard High School shares thier "Theory of Action to Evidence of Practice," resulting in improved student outcomes and a more effective learning environment.

Learning Intentions:

  • Participants will learn about a school's theory of action plan for most effectively improving teaching and student learning, as well as evidence to support this theory of action and their reflection on the process.
  • Participants will have an improved ability to apply knowledge to a problem of practice.
  • Participants will improve networking for collaborative problem-solving.

Spark! is a virtual community of practice designed with conversation and processing in mind for educational leaders looking to address pertinent school issues and challenges. The free Spark! Sessions are scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of each month September through May.
