Shadow Work® is more than an intellectual exercise—it’s an embodied journey into more of who we truly are.
It is a kind of light work, actually…
Join us for our last event of 2025 for Spark of Illumination: The Art of Shadow Alchemy, a dynamic and immersive Shadow Work experience. This approach goes beyond books, journaling, and meditation to ignite the beginnings of true, embodied transformation. (“Transformation”, by the way, is rarely a single event; it often starts with a breakthrough and evolves through ongoing awareness and intentional practice. This workshop provides the breakthrough and then equips you with tools and guidance to sustain and deepen the changes you wish to create.)
As a rare bonus, this event includes a transformative soundbath by the incredible Jason Allen Carr.
Check out what some folks have to say about this incredible facilitation sisterhood!
"Just wow. Gretchen and Nathalie are incredible container builders, facilitators, and humans that accompany others through difficult things, and they work fluidly together like water bubbling and sloshing through a riverbed. I arrived at the weekend having done many years of therapy and some one on one coaching with Gretchen (why I came!), but with little idea of what group shadow work would entail. It offered me such incredible opportunities to deepen my self work and understanding of myself, and to take risks and be caught by loving hands. Being held by the whole group and witnessed compassionately by peers, whose work I also got to witness, was a huge gift. The process is so embodied and helped me get out of my left brain insights and into my feelings and the actual muscles and nerves. I’ve struggled to access healthy anger and found the warrior exercises to be a powerful step in that direction. There were also so many tender and loving moments of giving our inner children what they needed and didn’t get before, and I probably still have a lot more processing that will unfold about my own inner child work - we went deep. Moving things with the body also gave me new perspectives on how different things connect in my life. I’m so deeply grateful for these two powerful, grounded, loving, hilarious, and deeply human facilitators, and for the whole group of shadow walkers. If you’re on the fence about going, consider this your tiny nudge across space and time to listen to the inner whisper that says 'go.'" -SDW
“I am in awe. Came in feeling that this would be a helpful peek at the process, I’d be able to witness, get a feel for the basic process to help inform my own facilitation growth while gleaning some personal nuggets and what I got was a transformative process FOR mySelf, even before being on the hotspot… I had been looking for a few more transformative journey options for contacts of mine (besides psychedelic therapy) and this is IT. Forever grateful and looking forward to hearing more about how you two want to grow this offering and community.” -Leah H.
“I was deeply impressed by each and both of you. Your flow feels well-tuned.” -Jeff E.
“I will be impacted for the foreseeable future. I intend to implement this and deeply integrate it into my life plan.” -Jolene B.

“My experience during my shadow work weekend was nothing less than transformational. Nathalie and Gretchen pulled things out of people that we didn’t know were coming. The process has continued to expand inside of me, and I have so much more understanding of why I have some of the issues that I have and where they really stem from and I feel more ready to deal with them as they come up now. Shadow work got to the root of my trauma and helped me heal that part of me. My life has forever been changed. I've never felt so inspired by two people before in my life. Gretchen and Nathalie really know how to get to the root of a person's trauma. Watching them work together was beautiful. It was symbiotic. I could feel the love between them and for us. They knew what we needed even when there was pushback, but it wasn’t forceful. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve made so many revelations in the past few weeks about my life about myself and about my family. The world needs shadow work!” -Jayme H.
