SPARK! Session "Leading from the Classroom: Enhancing Educator Professional Growth, featuring ATOY 2023 Capri Bell-Salaam". This virtual Spark! Session is designed to empower educators and enhance their professional growth, as well as take their leadership skills to the next level.

Whether you are a seasoned educator or just starting your teaching journey, this event will provide you with practical tools and inspiration to excel in your career.

L earning Intentions:

• Participants will learn the importance of building teacher leadership and recognizing teachers as leaders.

• Participants will have an improved ability to apply knowledge to a problem of practice.

• Participants will improve networking for collaborative problem-solving.

Spark! is a virtual community of practice designed with conversation and processing in mind for educational leaders looking to address pertinent school issues and challenges. The free Spark! Sessions are scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of each month September through May.
