Spark! 34 Years: A Collection of Running Thoughts on Leadership On-Demand

Ken Rich, Director of Finance Services at APSRC, shares the experiences he has learned in his 34 years as a leader and gives advice based on those experiences.

Learning Intentions:

• Participants will learn how to grow and improve their leadership skills, which will help them take their leadership skills to the next level.

• Participants will have an improved ability to apply knowledge to a problem of practice.

• Participants will improve networking for collaborative problem-solving.

Spark! is a virtual community of practice designed with conversation and processing in mind for educational leaders looking to address pertinent school issues and challenges. The free Spark! Sessions are scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of each month September through May.
