Here’s how it works:

👟 For You:Start your day with a high-energy 45-minute rooftop barre class designed to leave you feeling strong, stretched, and empowered. (Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle!)

🍻 For Him:While you're breaking a sweat, drop your guy off at “daycare” on the Neighborhood Services patio, where he’ll enjoy bites, brews, and the game—plus connect with other guys over shared chill vibes.

🎉 For Both:After class, reunite for a patio brunch + trivia social, explore a curated Wellness Vendor Market, and cool off with access to the rooftop pool (with first come first serve add-on, limited with no extra fee).

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to choose whichever social experience feels right for them. While the barre class may lean more female and the watch party more male, you’re free to join whichever group brings you the most joy. We’re all about good energy and good company—regardless of where you start the day.
