Course by Course:

Course 1: Spanish Tradition
Dive into Spain's heritage with Jamón Serrano—a dry-cured mountain ham from Castilla y Leon aged 24 months to perfection. Paired with Manc+Liego La Mancha raw sheep's milk cheese (3-month aged) and Ondarre Primeur Blanco 2024 Rioja. A perfect introduction to the evening's theme: quality, heritage, and balance.

Course 2: From the Sea
Tuna Tartare with avocado, red onions, jalapeño, lemon juice, olive oil, and plantain chips. The bright, fresh flavors meet Valdebaron Blanco 2024 Rioja—crisp, elegant, and equally sophisticated.
