You’ll need a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or phone), Zoom access, and the ability to play audio clearly. Headphones are recommended for the best breathwork and sound experience.

How do I register & what happens after I register?

Register directly through Eventbrite. After you RSVP, you’ll automatically receive:

Active witnessing is an invitation to be fully present with your own experience while holding gentle, compassionate space for the reflections of others. There is never pressure to share. This practice deepens connection, increases self‑awareness, and supports the courage to see and honor your truth.

What if I can’t make it live? Will there be a recording?

This is a live, interactive sacred experience with breathwork, reflection, and energetic practices meant to be received in real time. To honor privacy and presence, no recording will be offered. We encourage you to join live to receive the full depth of the journey.

Can I share a Zoom screen if I’m joining with someone?

Accepted Answer

We encourage each person to join from their own Zoom connection so you can move at your own breathwork pace and have a more personal experience. That said, we never want this to prevent anyone from joining. If sharing a screen is the only way you can participate, you are welcome to do so.
