Southeast CDC’s FREE First-Time Homebuyer Workshops are held online on Zoom and divided into 2 (three-hour) parts. They’re led by HUD-Certified housing counselors and offer plenty of time to answer questions about the entire homebuying process. You can join from your cell phone or tablet, but attending through a computer provides the best experience.
This workshop will take place:
Part 1: Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 5:00PM – 8:00PM
Part 2: Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5:00PM – 8:00PM
You are required to attend both sections and then complete a Housing Counseling Session (on a different date - scheduled after you attend both parts of the workshop) to receive your certificate. This certificate is needed to qualify for Maryland State and Baltimore City down payment and closing cost assistance programs.

A spouse or co-borrower may attend the workshop at no charge. To add a spouse or co-borrower, please add an "Additional member" ticket to your order.
