First responders are regularly exposed to life-threatening situations, traumatic events and high-stress environments. While they play a crucial role in safeguarding our communities, their mental well-being is an area that urgently needs attentions. Join us for a day filled with resources, healing, and informative workshops with mental health advocates. Recognize the challenges faced by first responders and implementation of effective strategies for personal and professional life. This session is encouraged to all hospital staff, EMS, law enforcement, educators, and social workers.
