Join us for a wonderful event in Charlotte, NC. We will visit the Billy Graham Library, NASCAR Hall of Fame for Dinner, and NarroWay Productions - Dinner Show.
Please read the following carefully...
We will meet at 10:00 am on Friday 9/12/25 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte/Ayrsley 1917 Ayrsley Town Blvd. Charlotte North Carolina. Park at the hotel and load buses to go to the Billy Graham Library. Groups of 25 will stagger start every 12 minutes. First group will start the tour at 12:18 pm and the last group will start at 1:30 pm. Groups can eat before or after (at your cost). Everyone will have roughly 2 hours to tour. Buses will take us back to the hotel and we will leave the hotel for a private rental of the NASCAR Hall of Fame which includes a catered dinner. The whole facility with be open for our WoodmenLife group. 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Buses will take us back to the hotel.
Saturday morning: Breakfast at hotel and morning is free. Dinner show at NarroWay Production at 12 pm. The NarroWay Theatre is located at 3327 SC-51 Fort Mill SC 29715. TRANSPORTATION is NOT provided. Everyone will meet at NarroWay Theatre. PLAN TO ARRIVE 45-MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ADVERTISED SHOW TIME which would be 11:15 am. Event is over after the show.
Attendees can come early or stay later in the hotel on you own funding. Please make sure the hotel knows that you are with the WoodmenLife group and ensure that you stay in the same room. If you stay on you own, that will be a separate reservation than the one we will have for you. This is your responsibility and please know that you may need to change rooms Friday night under our reservations unless you make sure the hotel knows you are staying before or after our booking.
Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or special needs. Rooms will be at least double occupancy for Friday September 12, 2025. Groups can stay together but no single room reservations. If you are not staying with someone, we will partner you with another attendee or other attendees.
