“Love Your Gut” Sourdough Workshop

Who does not like fresh, homemade sourdough bread? 😍 AND yes, it's actually good for you! In this workshop you will learn the relationship between functional food and the microbiome, some simple solutions* to improve your gut health… and of course how to make your own sourdough bread. 🍞 🥖 🥯What you take home:*sourdough starter *a loaf to bake *instructions *dough scraper *tea towel *info about improving your gut health* *the ability to make your own bread for the rest of your life from our 200 year old sourdough Mother!

What to bring: 🫙🥄

🥣 large mixing bowl

🍞 a bag of bread flour or unbleached all-purpose flour… you'll need 4-5 cups (I recommend King Arthur flour)

🥄 Silicone or wooden mixing spoon or Danish whisk (I use a silicone spatula!)

👩‍🍳Apron (optional)
