Sourdough Sandwich Bread Workshop

One will be provided for mixing your dough. Additionally, you will be sent home with a dehydrated starter and instructions on how to revive it.

For a sandwich loaf, you do not need a dutch oven. You need a loaf pan, which will be provided.

You are mixing dough and being sent home with instruction on when and how to bake it. Bread dough takes several hours to rise. In the class I will give tips on how to speed up or slow down your dough if you are concerned about timing.

Space is limited. We will need room to handle dough and set out ingredients. That said, please only bring your friend if they have also registered for the class.

I will not have loaves for sale on site, as I want my full attention to be on teaching. However, if you would like to place an order at least 48hours prior, I would be happy to bring it for you on class day.

Baking makes me hungry too! Our host, The Gathering Cup, will have their cafe open. Please, do make a purchase from them as a thank you for being our host location!
