Sourdough Masterclass: Beyond the Loaf

Now that you have mastered the art of the sourdough loaf, let's dive deeper into some other forms of sourdough baking. In this class, you will learn how to make focaccia, pizza dough/flatbread, bagels, and more! You will also get access to our Sourdough Recipe Guide. We will bake several of these recipes in class, so you'll have an opportunity to sample them too! Make sure to come hungry! Also included in this class are a portion of focaccia and some ready to use pizza dough.
