Come hang out for a fun, relaxed 3-hour sourdough workshop where we’ll roll up our sleeves, get our hands in some dough, and dive into the basics of baking delicious sourdough at home.
Whether you’ve never touched a starter or you’ve tried a few loaves and want to build your confidence, this class is all about learning by doing—and having a good time while we’re at it.

- Hands-On Dough Work – Mix, fold, and shape dough together so you can see and feel what each stage should look like.
- Practice Scoring & Bake a Loaf – Learn to use a bread lame and score your own half-loaf, which we’ll bake during class for you to take home and enjoy.
