Join us for a cozy, end-of-year celebration of community at Bow Market in Somerville as we breathe, sip, and vision our way into 2026. This 2-hour experience blends the magic of Source Method breathwork with the creativity of vision boarding and will be your chance to intentionally close out the year and step into what you’re calling in next.

» We’ll begin with a guided breathwork AND visualization session (seated at the table - no yoga mats needed!) set to the most inspiring, modern music to help you drop in, reset, and connect with the vision you want to create.

» From there, you’ll dive into making your vision board with all materials fully provided: magazines, canvas boards, scissors, glue, markers, and inspirational cutouts.

» Every guest will also receive one glass of prosecco or a non-alcoholic option to sip while creating, and we’ll spend the rest of the evening crafting our authentic vision for 2026 amongst community + in celebration of a wonderful year of breathwork!

Whether you’re manifesting new energy, setting goals, or simply craving a mindful holiday moment, this is your space to reflect, create, and connect with like-minded people in community!
