Source Embodiment™ Activations are group energy work sessions that invoke and amplify your life-force energy through direct activation by a skilled facilitator in a group setting. This somatic, surrender-based practice works to establish your personal connection to Source through a ceremony-like journey set to an hour-long arc of music. Each session concludes with a group share to support your integration.

What to Expect

Participants start laying down on a yoga mat or rug while music plays. Over the course of an hour the facilitators enter a meditative state to activate and amplify life force within each participant and the group as a whole. During the activation, an intelligent and conscious energy flow builds, meeting your system where it’s at, helping you to awaken a direct experience of source energy at the core of your being.

A single session can be incredibly subtle or profound with each experience varying greatly from one session and person to the next. In this practice the main instruction is to surrender to your own aliveness and through this, spontaneous physical, emotional, and energetic sensations or movements may occur. These shifts offer an opportunity for accelerated personal growth. By giving our aliveness permission to lead the way, we learn new ways of being that help us adapt and influence our changing world.
