Guided by the harmonious tones of crystal sound bowls, the grounding resonance of the Chau Gong, and the gentle vibrations of rainsticks and chimes, you’re invited to come as you are and let the sound waves carry you into stillness and relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and whatever you need to lay or sit for the hour.
