Sounds from the Gallery is a winter music series hosted by Culture Lab LIC that invites local musicians to perform live in the fine art gallery. Performances are held every Saturday at 8 PM from November 1 - December 13. Entry is always free and open to the public.

Ken Butler and Y&I together again!

Ken Butler is an artist and musician whose Hybrid musical instruments, collage artworks, performances, and other works explore the interaction and transformation of common and uncommon objects, altered images, and diverse sounds as function and form collide in the intersection of art and music.

Y&I, is Yuli Beeri, Tel Aviv-born musical chameleon, composer, and multi-instrumentalist, and Isaac Gardner, Mississippi-born actor and drummer. They're “rhythmic and primal, airy and ethereal, intense and catchy, all with a sense of playful fun.” (John Ordean) Think Kate Bush mixed with MIA and Tom Tom Club.
