You should bring: a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, comfortable layered clothing, and water. Optional to bring eye masks, your own crystals to meditate with, pillows, or anything else to help add to your comfort in the soundscape.

What time should I show up?

It is recommended to show up 10-15 minutes early in order to find parking, check in, and set up your yoga mat spot.

If I don't want to be seen in the live stream Mystic Journey is hosting, can I still come?

Of COURSE! Please let us at the front desk know if you are uncomfortable with being filmed at all, and we will be sure to respect your privacy 100%. Most of the live stream will be focused on the soundbath practitioner, Annie, and her instruments.
