By tuning into these frequencies, your body has a chance to unwind and reset.


You’ll simply lie back, breathe, and let the sound guide you. No prior experience or effort is required — just a willingness to pause and let your system recalibrate.


Perfect for anyone looking to manage stress, improve sleep, or simply take a break from constant mental noise.


This is a beginner and open to all class, structured in a way that allows you to get the benefits out of the sound. We'll start with a grounding exercise to help you feel safe in the space. A short breathing exercise, a tool to take away with you into day-to-day life. A mindfulness or meditation exercise based around the moon phase or Celtic wheel. And finally, the sounbath, around 40mins.
