This gentle, restorative soundbath will invite you to unwind through soothing frequencies and intentional stillness — a peaceful reset right when we all need it most.

This session is donation-based and open to all. After the soundbath, we’ll be serving warm, comforting hot tea to help ease you back into the night with softness and calm.
