This season of harvest invites us to honor life’s sacredness through sound, voice, and embodied prayer—rooting into gratitude, reverence, and belonging.
What You’ll Experience:
- Grounding practices to anchor you in the wisdom of the body
- Vocal techniques that awaken gratitude as vibration
- A safe space to give voice to reverence and appreciation
- Embodied sound journey to root into presence and connection

All voices welcome—no experience needed.
Please bring a journal, water, and anything you’d like for extra comfort during meditation.
