A calm, grounded wellbeing session designed to help you slow down, reset, and experience real “ME TIME”.

There’s no pressure to talk, no expectations, and no need to understand sound therapy or QiGong. You simply turn up, lie down, and let the session do the work.

😌 First time? You’re in the right place
Most people who attend are brand new to sound relaxation or structured wellbeing sessions. Nothing is expected of you, and there’s no right or wrong way to experience it.

🎶 What to Expect

  • Tibetan bowl sound relaxation with gentle vibration
  • Guided stillness and simple QiGong
  • Time and space to properly switch off
  • A relaxed, welcoming environment

👥 Who This Session Is For

This workshop was originally run as Blokes only. After the last session, a lot of women asked if they could attend – so this time, it’s open to everyone.

You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced.
If your mind is busy, your body is tired, or you just need a break, you’re welcome here.

💷 Payment – £10 Deposit + Donation

This is a 4-hour wellbeing workshop.
When this workshop ran last month, delegates paid £45+ per person.

To make this session more accessible, we’re trialling a £10 deposit + donation model.

  • £10 deposit secures your place
  • Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend
  • If the session is cancelled by the organiser, your £10 deposit will be fully refunded

On the day, you’re invited to donate what you can afford – cash or card accepted.

There is no minimum donation and no expectation beyond the £10 deposit.
Everyone attending receives the same full experience, regardless of donation amount.

This approach helps make longer wellbeing workshops accessible, while keeping the session fair and sustainable.

🌊 About Your Host

This session is led by Del from Waves & Vibrational Energy, a Sound Relaxation Practitioner based in West Sussex, alongside Darren, who guides the QiGong and meditation elements of the workshop.

Del creates calm, no-nonsense spaces where people can switch off, reset, and reconnect with themselves through sound – without the fluff often found in wellness settings.

Darren brings a grounded, accessible approach to QiGong and meditation, helping participants gently reconnect with their breath, body, and stillness in a way that’s supportive and easy to follow.

Together, they hold a relaxed, welcoming space focused on real rest, balance, and “ME TIME”.
