Hello Brooklyn Psychedelic Society Community!
Join us on Friday, September 23rd for a very special event in collaboration with BreadxButta! During this sound session, Lynsey will lead us through a guided meditation and sound bath journey.
Convening right after the fall solstice, we will begin the ceremony by welcoming the changing seasons and the energy of the fall months. Lynsey will then speak about the relationship between the breath and plant medicine. Next, we will embark on a guided meditation and sound bath journey together.
Please come prepared with comfortable clothing and a water bottle. You are also welcome to bring a journal if you wish.
Lynsey Ayala, owner and creator behind BreadxButta, is a Bronx born NuYorican working in Spiritual Herbalism, Whole-istic Healing, and Sacred Earth Medicine. Her work is deeply rooted in her Puerto Rican roots and her Bronx, NY upbringing. She found her calling in decolonizing sacred earth medicines and uses a variety of modalities that ignite healing and the remembrance of our oneness with Pachamama.
