Join us for Duality is Reality's Sound Session with Lucaz Zaglul!

By focusing attention and awareness on the sound we are able to slow down brain waves to access our subconscious mind and re-connect to our bodies.

This creates an opportunity to go into a deep relaxation - giving space within ourselves to actually listen to our bodies and our intuition.

Join us for a 90 minute Sound Meditation experience at Ahana Yoga. You will lie down with an eye mask on and drop in with yourself. Lucaz will guide breath work and a sonic journey. Followed by dinner from Fresh Kitchen.
