Event Information
Description
DC Listening Lounge is again taking the SHH out of HirSHHorn

Sound Scene X: "Dissonance" will showcase the sounds of our creative city through
- interactive audio installations
- headphone listening
- live music and more
Audio features will be accessible to deaf as well as hearing audiences through full-body listening installations and new works to feature multi-sensory tools to enhance the listening experience for all guests. ASL interpreters will be on-site.
This one-day, all-ages, free-to-the-public event will take place on July 8, 2017 from 10am to 5pm at the Smithsonian Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden (700 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, DC 20560).
